AYIN’s Rhone Roadmap Reveal Delivers KO Full Unveil Finale

Following 16 Parcels of Rhone Reveal AYIN Unveil Full Roadmap With Some Seriously Exciting Feature Announcements

The AYIN Collective today lifts the lid on AYIN’s highly anticipated Strategy Roadmap and provides full visibility as to what audiences can expect to see in terms of new products, launch initiatives, and growth activity for the balance of 2024.

The Collective has witnessed a sea-change of transformation and metamorphosis following a change of ownership in late February. The new leadership has spent the last 4 months relentlessly ploughing new investment, building new teams, and defining innovative strategy. A radical re-platforming, an audit, and a ground-up rebuild has been part of the core focus to establish solid and sustainable foundations — capable of handling the new roadmaps speed and scale ambitions.

So what’s in the roadmap? Probably helpful to start with a few explainers:

Three Buckets of Love & Execution

We have segmented the features and work parcels in to three areas that we believe capture the main themes in which we plan to enact radical transformation. EXPERIENTIAL speaks for itself but its all about providing a-best-in-class user experience for platform users. FUNCTIONAL nets the areas of new products and DeFi functions together. And ECOSYSTEM, reinforces AYIN’s ecosystem-first strategies to build additional products, services, and frameworks of value exchange that help catalyse Alephium’s ecosystem as a whole.

Multi-Activation Tiles

Each of the icons / tiles on the roadmap serve as a headline/anchor text, behind which, sit enumerate additional work-streams, micro-products and child-strategies. It is NOT, one tile, one body of work, one activation. If you take New Pools for example, we have already activated 8 new pools, defining 4 new families (Stable Pools, Wrapped Pools, Constant Pools, and Based Pools), and there is SO MUCH more to come from just this one tile headline of roadmap activation. AYIN Catalyst is another example where underneath that tile we have launched the AYIN Catalyst Program itself , we have since announced 4 new partnerships, but the whole Catalyst Program is at the very genesis of its activation. Further, the P1 Roadmap provides limited visibility as to the ongoing synergistic and cohesive nature of the tiles. CLAMM is a good example of this, perhaps this is better anchored as “Concentrated” with a host of V3.0/V4.0 concentrated tooling that is planned to go on to infect multiple areas of cross-platform interplay and other tile/product relationships going forward.

P1 / Agile / CI/CD

The Roadmap being unveiled today is very much Phase One (P1) of multi-phased growth strategy for AYIN. We are in this for the long term. We will hang up our boots only when AYIN sits with Alephium as the leading purveyors of tier one DLT in the space. It was decided early in the piece that there were some core areas of platform experience and product offering that just HAD TO BE DONE — fast! But ideas develop, new opportunities arrive and we must remain dynamic and pliant to market forces and 3rd party headwinds. Excitingly we are already working on the blueprints for P2 and what’s currently on the drawing board for that is frankly -NOT normal! To navigate this torrent of change and growth the teams operate in full Agile with a continuous innovation, continuous deployment mindset and the roadmap remains open to changes in activation prioritisation. In general we tend to ‘sprint’ towards MVP (minimum viable product), get that in to market, and then turn our attentions to MLP versioning (minimum loveable product!). This again speaks to the multi-activation thesis - with New UI/UX 2.0 complete and now in testing and the teams already working on New UI/UX 3.0 — watch this space!

Enough guff on backstory! Let’s peel you the ALPHa on what’s being announced today:

EXPERIENTIAL

Unveiling all the headline acts on our EXPERIENTIAL theme and their ensuing deployments will certainly bed in a new era of AYIN awesome for our users. Much of whats being tackled here really speaks to the feedback we have received from our community “It would be great if it could do X…or … would be so much better if Y was there”. We actively listen. We are now well processed behind these requests too. And we believe we have captured ALL suggestions to date in EXPERIENCE P1. Brand Facelift you are now familiar with — a foundational building block that now informs NEW UI/UX and NEW Website. Within the new D’app we have some really cool new features such as an Integrated Bridge, a Portfolio Manager and an updated AYIN Explorer to give you real time visibility on protocol activities. We have also included Trading Charts to give you access to the markets and it’s price action. Additionally we have already unveiled and launched AYIN AmpliFi but that has a long way to run — expect decibels of further noise from this one!

FUNCTIONAL

This is undoubtedly the bucket for the moonbois! And no question about it — some ridiculously awesome new features being announced here. Its all about greater liquidity, enhanced access to better and more efficient DeFi tooling, and increasing opportunities to make your capital work harder for you. You are already becoming more cognisant with some of our New Pools activity but continuing that ‘better ecosystem liquidity’ quest we will be onlining a variety of symmetric FIAT Ramps for our users. A surefire headline act here is Cross Chain Swaps and although we won’t be sharing more on that in this release we can tell you its multi-chain across 10 of the spaces leading chains! With all this multi-chain and bridging activity we will need better Stable Swaps provision and all of these growth factions trigger mindboggling opportunities for New Yield. Activating more trade-type functionality we want to equip you with deeper levels of choice and control with DCA / Limit abilities and with all this smorgasboard of DeFi earning and choice it was only fitting that we arm you with built in earings and LP Calculators. — thanks Ron! And the final goliath in the FUNCTIONAL theme is CLAMM — we have such a deep seat of vision for this area of more efficient, optimised, and concentrated liquidity algorithms that its worthy of it own blog series — and perhaps thats in the works! ; ))

ECOSYSTEM

Walter argues that this is the bucket that stores all the gold! As a self-professed Alephium Alchemist (ALPHamist!) he may indeed be right! AYIN earnt its stripes by providing the Alephium community with its FIRST value exchange tooling. In this thematic collection of growth initiatives, products and features AYIN looks to super size that value exchange at the ECOSYSTEM level.

We start with the synergy hunting juggernaut that is AYIN Catalyst and most other tiles relate or enhance this new AYIN North Star. AYIN Funding you have already started to hear murmurings of… Gustavo? A module of AYIN Catalyst that will be launched and formalised soon with the ambition of providing capital support to projects building out on Alephium. You have also started to the see the beginnings of Project Liquidity with some of the new Constant Pools recently launched but there’s plenty more to come on this! In our last announcement we served you the first glimpses of AYIN Based — for sure the prize winner of “You have no idea what’s coming!”.

You celebrated with us on our first (of more!) 3rd Party Audits — we fortify our obsession with saftey/security/sustainability by soon launching a Bug Bounty program. And, in relation to security we hope to help our Catalyst partners to also build with the same levels of security and resilience (for the good of the ecosystem). Additionally, we want to support those partners with technology transfer and open tooling with AYIN API’s & SDK’s, and all of this also forms part of a body of works you will increasingly see come out of AYIN Labs. As part of this Rhone Reveal series we have already shared the news of Migration 2.0 being our first fully complete and delivered foundational tile. We want to bring on a wealth of new incentives programs including AYIN Referrals — we still have one work stream we are not ready to lift the lid on denoted by Project X and YES! …we have a frothy collection of CEX listings lined up — that we want to also broker onwards to our Catalyst Partners.
